Throught our life we have received benefits
either directly or indirectly from many sources.
The food you eat come from farmers who spend
countless hours in the field.
What about the clothes we wear? Someone plants,
cultivates and picks the cotton: Silk worms are killed
to produce silk. And the list goes on.
The house we live in come from the work of builders,
sometimes in very harsh weather to get it done by
the deadline.
And what do we do?
We move in, critize the builder for the nail pops,
or some other feature of the house.
What about Family? Money? Friendships?
Do you tell your family you love them? or Do
you argue with them? Do you accept them for
who they are and love unconditionally?
Are you grateful for the $10.00 you have in
your bank account or wishing you had $1,000,000.00
in your bank account.
Would you be happy with the million dollars if
you never had a family or friends to share it with?
Friendship depends on the cooperation of others.
You can't develop friendships alone.
All of these things provide a valuable service to you.
Will you value them?
Make this your best year ever

Exactly, well put. Becoming conscious of our own thoughts and feelings and behaving accordingly. Taking charge I guess is the word.
Great stuff.
