Crunching the numbers on MLM Compensation Plans

When you are looking at a Network Marketing
company comp plan, there are certain things that
you should look for.

A comp plan should be easy to understans and
simple to work. It should be set up to pay the
average part time Network Marketer in the
early stages of joining the company.

The number one question to ask is:

How many active people do you need in your downline
to make $10 K per month?

So how do you crunch the numbers:

In the average company you need 2000 active
people to make $10,000/month. In a stream line
company you need 400 people.

You are in the average company. I am in the stream
line, 5 Pillar company. We both go out, do the same work,
spend the same amount of hours in a day, until we
both got 400 people.

Now, the average payout for each person in the
average company is $5.00 per person So crunching
the numbers, you are making $2000/month.
I'm making $10,000/month. The streamlined model
allows for a higher totla payout percentage. Both full
time and part time distributors are extremely well
rewarded for the reults they produce.

I am on the beach living my dreams. You are still
struggling to get your 2000 active people.

Tonight, as your head hits your pillow, ask yourself,
"While I am sleeping, will I be making money"

What would be easier for you to do in the next five years?

1) Keep struggling to get your 2000 people, or

2) Learn a system that will teach you the skills to be
successful in Network Marketing, so you too can own
your life and join me on the beach...if you want.

What is your choice?
