How do You acheive Residual Income in Network Marketing?

By creating a resdual income, you can actually live
the "Lifestyle of The Rich & Famous" and have it with
less stress and more freedom.

First, I will explain the difference between linear
income and rsidual income.

Linear income is income you get from working a
J.O.B. It pays the monthly bills. The sad thing
about linear income is that it stops when you
stop working.

ie: When A bus driver finishes his shift, his income
stops, when a teacher finishes the work week on Friday,
the income stops. Well you get the picture!!!!!!!

The bus driver and the teacher still has to pay for the
electricity, phone and whatever other monthly bills
they have coming in.

Now, Residual Income is doing something right the one
time and get paid over and over again. In order to
acheive the residual income in network marketing, you
have to have a remarkable, consumable product that
goes to the end consumer month after month.

If the products are not consumable, then your Network
Marketing business becomes a "commission sales job"

Here are a few points to look for when you are looking
at a product:

- All MLM companies have a good product. But, there are
others available that are just as good!

- It should be competively priced.

- If the product has both a Retail and a Wholesale price,
Your company has a Recruiting business model, STAY
AWAY unless You are Red!

Some warnings:

If the product would not sell without the business opportunity
attached, it is ILLEGAL.

If you can't pay with a credit card and Must pay by cash or
money order, it is ILLEGAL.

If distributors collect the money while the company stays at
arm's length, it is ILLEGAL.

If you MUST have a Retail Merchant's account, the company is
SCAMMING YOU.

When you begin to justify your product to someone, You
become a salesperson.

Remember, Network Marketing is a Relationship Business

Crunching the numbers on MLM Compensation Plans

When you are looking at a Network Marketing
company comp plan, there are certain things that
you should look for.

A comp plan should be easy to understans and
simple to work. It should be set up to pay the
average part time Network Marketer in the
early stages of joining the company.

The number one question to ask is:

How many active people do you need in your downline
to make $10 K per month?

So how do you crunch the numbers:

In the average company you need 2000 active
people to make $10,000/month. In a stream line
company you need 400 people.

You are in the average company. I am in the stream
line, 5 Pillar company. We both go out, do the same work,
spend the same amount of hours in a day, until we
both got 400 people.

Now, the average payout for each person in the
average company is $5.00 per person So crunching
the numbers, you are making $2000/month.
I'm making $10,000/month. The streamlined model
allows for a higher totla payout percentage. Both full
time and part time distributors are extremely well
rewarded for the reults they produce.

I am on the beach living my dreams. You are still
struggling to get your 2000 active people.

Tonight, as your head hits your pillow, ask yourself,
"While I am sleeping, will I be making money"

What would be easier for you to do in the next five years?

1) Keep struggling to get your 2000 people, or

2) Learn a system that will teach you the skills to be
successful in Network Marketing, so you too can own
your life and join me on the beach...if you want.

What is your choice?
