MLM Network Marketing Systems

A system is defined as:
An organized collection of parts that are integrated to accomplish an overall goal.

Some of the numerous types of systems are ecological, biological and organizational system.

The one for topic today is the organizational system. Before we dive into that system, let’s take a look for comparison at the biological system.

In the health care field, the word system in terms of the human body is defined as:
A set or series of interconnected or interdependent parts or entities that act together in a common purpose or produce results impossible by action of one alone.

Ex: If the circulatory system is comprised in any way due to a blockage, the blood doesn’t flow at the rate it is suppose to making the heart work harder. Keep this happening for a period of time and what happens? Well, it changes the overall health of the individual which could result in serious health condition. Thereby, comprimiseing all the other parts of the body.

Now compare that with an organizational system, which is defines as:
A system consisting of people, structure and processes that work together to make an organization healthy or unhealthy.

It is a community situated with in an environment where it incorporates:

Interdependence

Interaction

Recognition

Behavior

Interconnectivity

The same as the circulatory system, if the organization is working on independence rather than interdependence, the system is weakened. Resulting in confusion, frustration, misalignment. Now the focus is not on the overall goal, but on each individual preference. Now it becomes a closed system and will not function at its highest level of achievement thereby making the system unhealthy.

Something to ponder:

In your network marketing company, do you have a system that functions interdependently? Time and time again we are told no one can have success alone. You have to have a mastermind. A place where you can feel comfortable, converse, exchange feedback, and feel a part of. It has to be a community of people that will become family, who will always focus on the overall goal knowing that if one part is changed, it effects all parts of the system.

In conclusion, my definition of a system is:          A Culture!
